Hello there! Thank you for visiting. Please allow me to introduce myself. I am the Founder and CEO of The Sugar Water Operations Team, an Operations Strategy and Solutions Firm designed with biotech, pharma and life sciences start-ups in mind. Yes, I am officially coining the term "operations firm" because I believe operations is so important it needs its own firm exclusively dedicated to ops. I have two decades of experience resulting in a strong Regulatory background and a love for all things Strategic Operations for the product development space. Simply put, I am a regulations, systems and process geek.
Proven Experience and a Thirst for Innovation
Before starting The Sugar Water Operations Team, I worked as the Head of Strategic Operations for a small biotech company where I held various leadership roles and was instrumental in overseeing the cross-functional operations that led to the global launch of two life-changing marketed products. I have a host of degrees including a Masters in Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University.
